Agency Worker Regulations

The introduction of Agency Worker Regulations (“AWR”) from 1st October 2011 has seen a major impact on hirers, recruitment businesses and umbrella companies.

To develop compliant solutions for the period post the introduction of the AWR, ADVANCE studied the legislation and guidance in great depth. To get clarity on the key issues and consider all possible compliant solutions, ADVANCE sought advice from one of the country’s leading QCs, regularly received guidance from the leading lawyers and several large firms of Chartered Accountants with sector specific expertise.
